And I think this is a huge factor in setting Bamboopink apart from other direct sales jewelry companies and direct sells companies in general ---- we already have a well-known name and a brand behind us. And unlike most start-up companies who have to struggle in the beginning and watch every penny they spend, Bamboopink has the money and the financing to do this thing right, and from what I hear they aren’t holding anything back ----- we are going to have Bamboo pink branded iphone covers, ipad covers, sunglasses, notebooks, business cards ----anything we need!

· A few more details about the actual jewelry:

i. Frances has hand-designed every single piece in the line.

ii. The Bamboopink jewelry will be made by the same factory that makes Jude Frances jewelry. ---- so it is going to be top-notch quality.

iii. The Bamboopink jewelry will be timeless. But sexy and fun. AND AFFORDABLE!

iv. The first line will consist of 200 pieces. And every piece in this first line will be under $100 --- so this is a great price point.

v. And they will release a new line every season (4 times a year) so we will always have new items to show our customers.

· How will we sell the jewelry?

i. Websites -- each rep will be given a state-of-the-art website where customers can place an order directly on the website

ii. Ipads/iphone apps -- I think this will be like a “virtual” catalog

iii. We will be given the technology to host “virtual” trunk shows

iv. I personally plan to also host traditional home parties to establish my customer base!
