4. Enter the Quantity and Add to Order (NOTE: after you Add to Order, the quantity will revert back to zero. Simply check the quantity in the shopping cart in the top right hand side of the screen and proceed to the next step)

5. Click View Order

6. Click Check Out

7. Review all of your Shipping & Credit Card Information
